Sometimes you are just sick and tired of all the crap that is going on in your life and you feel like you just need a break. I get it. You feel like you are getting pulled in every direction at once and everyone wants something. You are the one who always holds everybody else down when they are in need. Working, running errands, dropping kids off at school, making lunch for everyone, doctor’s appointments, after school activities, parent teacher conferences, football/soccer/volleyball practice. Then after all of that is done, here’s your spouse. No time to rest now. It’s time to give, give, give. But who is there to give to you?
Who is there when you run out of gas? When you feel like you are just going to pass out from all the running around you have been doing. When you finally think there is 10 minutes at the end of the day, little Johnny starts running a fever. Back into mommy mode you go. You think, there’s always tomorrow.
Well, I want you to know that today is your day! A day to finally get what you’ve been seeking. A safe space to vent, rest, cry or just to get your worries out in an environment that is both welcoming and non-judgmental. I offer an approach that is person centered, meaning it will be a process that facilitates your self-discovery, self-acceptance, and provides a means toward healing and positive growth. Call me, I’m here for you!
